The Civil Engineering Department of the Ming De College in Guizhou University was established in 2004. It has 6 major specialties, such as civil engineering (construction engineering direction), civil engineering (traffic engineering direction), civil engineering (Geotechnical direction), architecture, city planning, water conservancy and hydroelectric engineering, etc. The Department of civil engineering has 39 faculty members, 6 administrative staff and 33 professional teachers. Among them, the title of the secondary high school is 6, and the master is 20. Among them, there are more than 10 registered supervision engineers and more than 3 registered inspection engineers.     (一) Construction Engineering

Training objectives: this major is trained to meet the requirements of the social, economic, scientific and cultural development of twenty-first Century, the basic theories and skills of civil engineering, and the complex and highly qualified specialized personnel in the field of engineering design, construction, management and consultation. This major is divided into three majors direction: building engineering direction, traffic civil construction direction and foundation and geotechnical engineering direction.
