Bioengineering

Students are supposed to have a solid knowledge of natural science and humanities and social science.

Food Nutrition and Test Education

students will develop morally, intellectually, physically, artistically, laboringly. They should have a strong sense of responsibility and personality, and they are required to master the relevant theories and specific knowledge: Biochemistry, food nutrition, food analysis and testing, food safety and hygiene, and pedagogy. Also, they are the talents who can carry out nutrition enhancement and detection analysis and public nutrition guidance in the fields of food production, processing, circulation and consumption. Besides, graduates will grasp the theory and knowledge of food nutrition and inspection education, have the ability of nutrition guidance and education, be competent for the teaching of secondary vocational and technical schools, and be able to engage in consulting guidance and applied research talents in the field of food and nutrition.

Work in the food industry, the disease prevention and control institutions in the city, the schools, the hotels, the rehabilitation centers, the community and the institutions with food and food services  in charge of food nutrition research and development, food inspection, nutrition guidance, health supervision, nutrition education, food health care and so on. Within the program you will learn about the human body across a broad range of study areas, including the science of exercise, nutrition and food, physical activity and preventative health, and the psychology of sport and exercise.

Graduates use their skills to work in roles such as nutrition assistant, fitness or weight loss consultant, or research assistant, dietitian/nutritionist, medical practitioner, clinical exercise physiologist, audiologist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist or speech pathologist, sports scientist, sports coach, health promotion officer, community health officer, sport & recreation manager or public health manager.

Mental health: graduates should have: a solid foundation of psychological theory, mastery of the basic experimental design and investigation methods of psychology, the practical operation techniques of psychological services, and the knowledge of management, economics and sociology, and the understanding of the theory and practice of public career management in the modern big health direction and the practical operation.
